| Dean Supply Co. wanted to increase sales outside of its already well-defined Northeast Ohio region and commissioned CB Software to design and develop a Web site that was powerful enough to attract new customers, service existing customers and tie directly into their existing business system. Key to the success of the Web site was the ability for customers to view live, current data and place orders in real-time. The result is a Web site that is true e-Business enabled. Items and pricing are taken directly from live databases and orders placed online are automatically processed by existing business rules, created on the system and printed for fulfillment. Customers can view account and order status as well as track UPS shipped orders. |
