The challenge for Federal was to further automate the process of quoting its customers - to do so directly from within the Distribusmart software system. |
Solution The solution to help Federal was to install and configure the Unifier Desktop Messaging System to interact with our Distribusmart quote and sales order creation module. This infrastructure lets Federal's sales force send quotes to the customer directly from the quote page with simply the press of a button. Federal oftentimes uses the solution to queue quotes for sending in a batch job overnight. |
