How can I create a screen shot image of Distribusmart software and paste it into a Word Document?

Answer

On the session and screen window you want to copy, press the 'Alt' and 'Print Screen' keys on your keyboard.  Position your cursor in the Word Document where you would like the image to display, right click on your mouse and then click 'Paste'.  We do not recommend pasting images directly into emails as they will increase your email size significantly, especially if you are pasting more than one image at a time.  Pasting the image(s) into a Word Document and then attaching it to your email is best.
